FIDES is seeking a Workday Integration Developer to support a health system's Workday implementation initiative. This role will focus on designing, developing, and maintaining integrations between Workday and external systems, ensuring seamless data exchange and alignment with client requirements.

Responsibilities:

• Design, build, and maintain Workday integrations using tools such as RaaS, Workday Studio, Core Connectors, Enterprise Interface Builder (EIB), and Document Transformation (DT).
• Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to gather integration requirements.
• Develop and optimize inbound/outbound integrations for HCM, Payroll, and Finance modules.
• Ensure integration reliability, error handling, and compliance with security and data governance standards.
• Support testing cycles, troubleshoot issues, and provide ongoing production support.
• Create and maintain technical documentation for integrations and workflows.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of Workday integration development experience (RaaS, Studio, EIB, Core Connectors, DT).
• Strong knowledge of XML, XSLT, XPATH, SOAP, REST, and web services.
• Familiarity with HCM, Payroll, or Finance modules.
• Experience with data transformations and secure API development.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• Workday certification is a plus.
• Healthcare experience is a plus.
