Description
FIDES is seeking a detail-oriented Contract Analyst with strong experience supporting IT acquisitions from a business and financial perspective. This consulting role will split responsibilities between direct contract analysis and supporting broader contract negotiation efforts. The ideal candidate will have a firm understanding of procurement practices, contract structures, and IT vendor engagement within enterprise or healthcare environments.

Responsibilities
  • Analyze, review, and provide recommendations on IT-related contracts, SOWs, and pricing proposals.
  • Collaborate with financial and business negotiators to support vendor discussions and negotiations.
  • Ensure contractual terms align with internal business objectives, risk posture, and financial frameworks.
  • Maintain documentation and assist in contract lifecycle tracking, amendments, and compliance reviews.
  • Support sourcing strategies and contribute to process improvements in IT procurement workflows.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • 5+ years of experience in contract analysis with exposure to IT acquisitions and financial negotiations.
  • Strong knowledge of contract structures, vendor terms, and procurement best practices.
  • Ability to interpret financial models and support business-driven negotiation efforts.
  • Healthcare or large enterprise experience preferred.
  • Strong analytical, written, and verbal communication skills.

  • This is a hybrid role, requiring on-site presence approximately once every 1-2 months.
