FIDES is seeking an Infor Reporting Analyst to design, maintain, and optimize reports and dashboards that support business operations, which may include but are not limited to the HCM, Finance, Payroll, and Supply Chain modules. The analyst will partner with business and IT teams to deliver accurate and actionable reporting solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain Infor reports and dashboards using Lawson, Cloudsuite, and related tools.
• Translate stakeholder requirements into clear reporting solutions.
• Ensure accuracy and integrity of report data.
• Support ad-hoc reporting needs across functional areas.
• Provide reporting support for upgrades, patches, and testing activities.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of Infor reporting experience (Lawson, Cloudsuite, BIRST, or equivalent tools).
• Strong SQL and data querying skills.
• Experience supporting Finance, Payroll, or HCM reporting.
• Excellent communication and analytical skills.
• Infor certification is a plus.
• Healthcare experience is a plus.
