FIDES is seeking Infor Analysts to support across four key functional areas: Human Capital Management (HCM), Finance (FIN), Payroll, and Supply Chain Management (SCM). This will include working with domain-specific and cross-functional teams to support the day-to-day operations and optimization of Infor within a client environment.

Responsibilities:

• Serve as a subject matter expert in one of the following Infor modules: HCM, Payroll, Finance, or Supply Chain.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into Infor configurations.
• Design, test, and implement Infor solutions tailored to client needs.
• Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and analytics within Infor.
• Ensure data integrity and compliance with organizational policies and regulatory requirements.
• Provide end-user support and training as needed.
• Stay updated with Infor releases and best practices to recommend enhancements.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of Infor experience and training required.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a remote environment.
• Infor certification in the relevant module is a plus.
• Healthcare experience is a plus.
