Description

FIDES is seeking a Program Director to lead the implementation of Workday ERP. This role involves managing cross-functional teams, aligning the project with business goals, and ensuring on-time, within-budget delivery. The Program Manager will handle the integration of HR, Finance, Payroll systems, and time/attendance solutions while leading change management and risk mitigation strategies. This is a hybrid role with some onsite required. 

Only candidates with strong  Workday ERP Implementation experience should apply.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the implementation of Workday ERP and ensuring integration across HR, Payroll, and Finance systems.
  • Develop and manage project timelines, budgets, and resources for both systems.
  • Lead cross-functional teams, including IT, HR, Payroll, and external vendors, ensuring alignment with business strategies.
  • Collaborate with executive leadership on strategic decisions and project milestones.
  • Ensure effective change management and training plans for Workday and Kronos/UKG users.
  • Identify and mitigate risks throughout the project lifecycle, resolving issues promptly.
  • Report regularly to senior leadership and stakeholders on progress, risks, and budget.
  • Oversee data migration, testing, and system integration for a smooth transition.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, time/attendance policies, and financial regulations in the systems.

Qualifications:

  • Strong experience leading Workday ERP implementations  REQUIRED.
  • 10+ years of ERP and workforce management software implementation experience.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
  • Proven leadership, project management, and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Knowledge of Workday HCM, Finance, Payroll, and Kronos/UKG modules.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
  • PMP certification is preferred.

Preferred Skills:

  • Workday certification and knowledge of Kronos/UKG tools.
  • Experience in industries like healthcare, retail, or manufacturing.
  • Familiarity with time/attendance regulations and payroll compliance.
