Description
FIDES is seeking a Program Director to lead the implementation of Workday ERP. This role involves managing cross-functional teams, aligning the project with business goals, and ensuring on-time, within-budget delivery. The Program Manager will handle the integration of HR, Finance, Payroll systems, and time/attendance solutions while leading change management and risk mitigation strategies. This is a hybrid role with some onsite required.

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the implementation of Workday ERP and ensuring integration across HR, Payroll, and Finance systems.
- Develop and manage project timelines, budgets, and resources for both systems.
- Lead cross-functional teams, including IT, HR, Payroll, and external vendors, ensuring alignment with business strategies.
- Collaborate with executive leadership on strategic decisions and project milestones.
- Ensure effective change management and training plans for Workday and Kronos/UKG users.
- Identify and mitigate risks throughout the project lifecycle, resolving issues promptly.
- Report regularly to senior leadership and stakeholders on progress, risks, and budget.
- Oversee data migration, testing, and system integration for a smooth transition.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, time/attendance policies, and financial regulations in the systems.
Qualifications:
- Strong experience leading Workday ERP implementations REQUIRED.
- 10+ years of ERP and workforce management software implementation experience.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- Proven leadership, project management, and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Knowledge of Workday HCM, Finance, Payroll, and Kronos/UKG modules.
- Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
- PMP certification is preferred.
Preferred Skills:
- Workday certification and knowledge of Kronos/UKG tools.
- Experience in industries like healthcare, retail, or manufacturing.
- Familiarity with time/attendance regulations and payroll compliance.
