FIDES is looking for a dynamic Clinical IT Project Manager. This role involves close collaboration with clinical leaders, IT, and cross-functional teams to support our health system client's clinical and IT initiatives. This is a hybrid role with office locations in Maryland and Washington, D.C.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage clinical IT program and project portfolios, including planning, stakeholder alignment, and implementation.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, clinical operations, and health IT teams to translate needs into actionable outcomes.
• Drive project timelines, scope, and resources while managing risks and ensuring successful delivery.
• Communicate progress, outcomes, and clinical impact to stakeholders across all levels.
• Support agile and iterative execution aligned with strategic clinical and IT goals.

What We're Looking For: 

• 5+ years of project management experience, with at least 2 years supporting clinical or clinical IT initiatives in a health system or provider environment.
• Strong understanding of clinical workflows, EHR systems (Epic preferred), and cross-functional collaboration.
• Proven ability to manage complex clinical IT projects from planning through go-live.
• Exceptional communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
• PMP certification required.
• Health IT or EHR implementation experience strongly preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
