Description

FIDES is seeking an Infor ERP Senior Manager to lead delivery and operations across our Infor ERP practice, specifically supporting client workstreams in Human Capital Management (HCM), Payroll, Finance, and Supply Chain. This leadership role will be responsible for overseeing cross-functional analyst teams, ensuring high-quality solution delivery, and driving platform optimization and client success in complex enterprise environments.

This position is ideal for candidates with deep Infor experience, team leadership capabilities, and a track record of overseeing ERP implementations and managed services.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and mentor teams of Infor Analysts aligned to HCM, Payroll, Finance, and Supply Chain modules.
  • Serve as a client-facing delivery lead across one or more functional areas.
  • Oversee project timelines, budgets, resourcing, and risk mitigation across multiple concurrent initiatives.
  • Provide strategic input on ERP solution design, configuration, testing, and deployment.
  • Ensure Infor platform enhancements align with client goals, regulatory standards, and industry best practices.
  • Foster strong relationships with stakeholders, including IT leaders, finance, HR, and supply chain teams.
  • Monitor Infor release updates and guide clients on proactive adoption and optimization.
  • Drive internal knowledge-sharing, documentation, and process standardization across the ERP practice.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience.
  • 7+ years of Infor experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role overseeing multiple functional areas.
  • Demonstrated success managing ERP teams or large-scale Infor implementations.
  • Strong understanding of at least two core Info Modules: HCM, Payroll, Financials, or Supply Chain; familiarity with others preferred.
  • Excellent communication, project management, and client engagement skills.
  • Infor certification in the relevant module is a plus.
  • Healthcare experience is a plus.
