FIDES is looking for a Workday Technical Workstream Project Manager, preferably with prior experience in the healthcare industry. Under general supervision, the Technical PM will oversee the technical delivery aspects of a full-suite Workday ERP implementation. This includes managing integrations, data migration, reporting, and security workstreams, while partnering with the overall Program Manager, system integrators, vendors, and client IT teams. The role requires strong technical project management skills, hands-on understanding of Workday’s technical framework, and the ability to coordinate across multiple stakeholders. 50% onsite required.

Responsibilities

• Represent the client’s technical interests, ensuring deliverables align with program strategy, compliance, and IT standards.
• Develop and track technical project plans, ensuring milestones and deliverables are met on time and within budget.
• Coordinate with client IT teams, Workday, and the system integrator to design, build, and test integrations with internal and third-party systems.
• Oversee data extraction, cleansing, transformation, and validation in partnership with business and IT stakeholders.
• Ensure security roles and permissions are designed, tested, and deployed in compliance with corporate and regulatory policies.
• Support technical aspects of testing cycles (SIT, UAT, payroll parallel, etc.) to ensure accuracy and completeness.
• Identify and manage risks, issues, and dependencies across technical streams, escalating to program leadership as needed.
• Provide executive-level reporting on technical progress, issues, and dependencies.

Qualifications 

• 5+ years of experience managing ERP or HCM technical workstreams (Workday strongly preferred).
• Hands-on understanding of Workday technical areas:
  • Integrations (Studio, EIB, Core Connectors, APIs)
  • Data migration and validation
  • Reporting (including Workday Prism/Advanced Reporting)
  • Security framework and role-based access
• Demonstrated success managing cross-functional technical teams and third-party vendors.
• Strong project management skills with proven ability to manage scope, budget, and schedule.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent; PMP or CSM certification preferred.
• Healthcare IT experience preferred.
