FIDES is seeking an Infor to Workday Data Conversion Specialist to support ERP implementation initiatives focused on migrating data from Infor Lawson/Cloudsuite into Workday. This role will ensure accurate, compliant, and efficient data conversion to support Workday tenant builds, applying defined lookback and archival requirements.

Responsibilities:

• Perform data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) from Infor Lawson/Cloudsuite into Workday.
• Collaborate with project teams to define data conversion scope and requirements.
• Apply client-defined conversion rules (e.g., one-year lookback, archival of historical data).
• Validate and reconcile data post-conversion to ensure integrity within Workday tenants.
• Document conversion processes and troubleshoot data-related issues.
• Support testing cycles, tenant build activities, and go-live readiness.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of experience with ERP data conversion, including Lawson/Infor and Workday.
• Strong SQL and ETL tool experience; familiarity with Workday EIBs, iLoads, or other Workday data migration tools preferred.
• Knowledge of Infor Lawson/Cloudsuite data structures and Workday data models.
• Prior experience with Infor to Workday data conversion required.
• Infor certification is a plus.
• Healthcare experience is a plus.
